MANSARD Team Completes $1,100,000 Purchase of 3,600 SF Mixed-Use Property in the Reading Office Market

MANSARD represented GWT Haven Realty in the purchase of a mixed-use property at 281 Main St. (Route 28) in Reading, Massachusetts.  The former Reading Motor Cars property has changed hands for $1,100,000, more than double the $450,000 it last sold for in April 2011.  GWT Haven Realty financed the deal using a $936,000 loan from Lowell Five Cent Savings Bank.  The seller of the Reading retail space at 281 Main St., a 3,600 SF building on 33,100 SF of land, was acquired from Go Green LLC, an entity managed by Daniel T. Enxing.
