Brian Franford

Brian has lived his entire life in the real estate world. He accompanied his father at the closing table when he was only 16 years old and worked for his father’s real estate development company while in high school. Brian earned his undergraduate degree from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA. After graduating in 2002, he returned to New Haven, CT and purchased and redeveloped a 14,000 SF mixed-use retail and office building.

Since 2005, Brian has transacted over $9 million in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate and more than 40 lease transactions with several national retail and office tenants.

In 2007, he earned his Master's degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. Brian understands the intricacies of real estate from an owners perspective and is able to help clients navigate through the complexities of a transaction, execute quickly and close the deal. Brian lives in Arlington, MA with his fiancee and enjoys running and cycling. He is currently training for the Tri-State Seacoast Century in September 2012.
