Join MANSARD's growing Advisory Services division by playing a central role in developing actionable insights that help real estate developers, investors, and users maximize opportunities and mitigate risks in real estate planning, investment, and developments.

As an advisory services consultant, you will support your clients with capabilities in the areas of financial and market due diligence, product, pricing, and positing strategies, and highest and best use analysis.

Professionals within the Advisory Services division focus on developing and implementing unique solutions that provide rigorous analytics, customized guidance, and quick turnaround.

Work Includes:

• Development Feasibility
• Strategic Real Estate Planning
• Distressed CMBS Portfolios
• Portfolio Acquisition/Disposition
• Operational Enhancements
• Debt & Equity Strategiesd
• Workouts & Debt Restructuring
• Repositioning of Bank Assets/REO

Our professionals will work with clients to translate these strategies into actionable business plans and market reports established for execution.  This individual must be able to complete insightful analytics to understand how these strategies can be supported by tactics to support the client's overall goal.

Compensation:

You will be compensated on a contract by contract basis as a 1099 independent contractor and will be assigned work by the Director of the MANSARD Advisory Services division.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to travel out of state for site and market visits
• Flexibility to be available as new contracts are generated
