David Giller is responsible for residential development opportunities, multifamily investment sales, and assisted living property sales throughout the greater Boston and Massachusetts apartment markets.

David worked at Investments Limited from 1983-1986 and then founded G.M Management Group. At GM, he built a proprietary portfolio of 100 units and increased annual incomes by 25% over the past 2 years by applying an ongoing property improvement program.

David has served on the Town of Winchester Capital Planning Committee, Town of Winchester Finance Committee, holds a B.S. in Accounting from Ithaca College and is the active Director of the Middlesex Club of Massachusetts.
