David Giller
David is responsible for multifamily investment sales throughout the greater Boston and Massachusetts apartment markets. David worked at Investments Limited from 1983-1986 and then founded G.M Management Group. At GM, he built a proprietary portfolio of 100 units and increased annual incomes by 25% over the past 2 years by applying an ongoing property improvement program.
David has served on the Town of Winchester Capital Planning Committee, Town of Winchester Finance Committee, holds a B.S. in Accounting from Ithaca College and is the active Director of the Middlesex Club of Massachusetts.
