MANSARD is hiring commercial real estate brokers with 5+ years of commercial real estate brokerage experience for its Massachusetts offices.

Preference will be given to brokers who are working toward or have earned a commercial real estate designation such as CCIM, SIOR, MRICS or other certification. All inquiries are kept strictly confidential. We are looking for brokers who want to leverage MANSARD's platform and marketing resources to do what they do best, make deals happen and service their clients.

MANSARD's Commission Model Spans the Calendar Year (January 1-December 31)*:

After MANSARD brokers cover their first $25,000 of overhead whether it's from one deal, prepaid at the start of the year, or from a split (most brokers choose to contribute 50% of their first $50,000), MANSARD brokers keep 70% of their commissions for the rest of the year. * Custom commission structures are also available for top producers and teams.  Ask Jeremy for more information.
