MANSARD’s Commission Model Spans the Calendar Year (January 1-December 31)*:

After MANSARD brokers cover their first $25,000 of overhead whether it’s from one deal, prepaid at the start of the year, or from a split (most brokers choose to contribute 50% of their first $50,000), MANSARD brokers keep 70% of their commissions for the rest of the year.
