I developed the MANSARD Portfolio Method to help commercial real estate investors grow their portfolios through a series of successful property transactions. Over the past 18 years I’ve negotiated the successful sale of more than 1,000 properties for my clients, which made me one of Boston Business Journal’s largest selling commercial real estate brokerages in Massachusetts in 2018.

I have served as the President of the New England CCIM Chapter in 2011 and is the 2010 Recipient of the Susan B. Groeneveld Leadership Award of Excellence, awarded by the CCIM Institute. I am one of Banker & Tradesman’s New Leaders of 2009 and served on the Board of Directors of the CCIM Institute where I was the Technology Presidential Liaison under Institute President Wayne D’Amico in 2013. I am the recipient of the 2017 One on One Sales Excellence Award.
I have taught commercial real estate throughout the United States, trained members of some of the country’s top commercial real estate brokerage firms, Fortune 100 companies, and U.S. State Department employees. My work has been discussed inin the New England Real Estate Journal, Banker & Tradesman, Boston Business Journal, CIRE Magazine and featured in Commercial Shift by Buddy Norman.
I speak French and German, traveled throughout Europe, Africa, and to the Middle East, and participated in the Chicago Marathon, Blazing Saddles Century, and Mt. Washington Century. I live in Andover, MA with my wife Gia and 4 beautiful children, Natalia, Georgio, Valentina and Giancarlo.
