We have recently secured a lease on a property for our offices with the wonderful help, guidance, support, and expertise of Mr. Paul Lam.

Our situation was somewhat dire when we met Paul, at your suggestion, because our previous landlord was clearing out our building and had given us only a few months to find new space. Throughout our search and during the negotiations, Paul was a steady hand who very articulately explained what was going on in the process, helped us understand real estate and business concepts which are not our daily vocabulary, and clearly interpreted the often-opaque legal language with which we struggled at times.

Paul has been prompt and efficient in responding both to us and to the landlord in moving along this process. Further, he has been unfailingly patient with our misunderstandings, calm in the face of our anxieties, thoughtful when strategies needed to be amended, and realistically r eassuring when our spirits flagged.
