MANSARD Represents Buyer of 18,600 SF Salem, MA Industrial Building

MANSARD represented NSD Real Estate, LLC in the $1,210,000 purchase of 63 Jefferson Avenue in Salem, Massachusetts.  The 18,600 SF building was purchased vacant with the new owner’s sights set on repositioning the asset by adding a 3,500 SF mezzanine, a new elevator, and increasing parking.  The reworked property offering will include a 10,000 SF auto body user, flex space and office.
