MANSARD Sells 30,000 SF Industrial Building and 1.65 Acres of Raw Land

After 3 years of unsuccessfully marketing 2 Connector Road in Andover, MA, MANSARD was hired to market and sell the 30,000 SF building and abutting 1.65 acres of raw land.  Within 6 months, MANSARD successfully located a buyer in need of a 1031 exchange and negotiated an escrow period to satisfy the buyer’s timeline, achieve the seller’s desired price, while keeping the owner’s lender at bay, who was operating in a forbearance agreement and threatening to take the building in foreclosure.

MANSARD successfully sold the property and guided the seller to an exit at $1,150,000.
