MANSARD Signs 20,000 SF in State’s First Ever 40R Mixed Use Project

MANSARD has signed leases with The Portland Pie Company, Reading Pediatrics, SNAP Fitness and Pamplemouse at 30 Haven Street in downtown Reading, Massachusetts, totaling approximately 20,000 SF of new retail space.  The first ever 40R project in the State of Massachusetts, 30 Haven Street is a mixed use residential project that includes fifty-three one-and two-bedroom apartments and 20,000 SF of retail space on the ground floor. Built to the highest energy-efficient standards by a joint venture between Urban Spaces, Oaktree Development, and RJ Finlay and Company, 30 Haven’s apartments have high ceilings and light-filled living spaces, stainless steel EnergyStar appliances, wood cabinetry and granite counters.
