30,000 SF Retail Investment Property Sold for $2,500,000

Long Mountain, LLC recently acquired 796 Boston Post Road in Marlborough, MA for $2,500,000. The retail investment property is leased to several tenants including Sign-A-Rama and Subway and has undergone a thoughtfully designed exterior renovation by the prior owner.
