Advisor first. Broker when the decision is clear.

A focused approach to commercial real estate decisions.

Taylor represents commercial investment property owners in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire across industrial, retail, office, flex, and land assets. Her work centers on the questions that should be resolved before a property is offered to the market: what the owner needs to accomplish, which buyer profile is most likely to recognize value, and what process can support the right decision.

Her transaction experience spans industrial, retail, flex and office, mixed-use, warehouse and manufacturing, and development-land assignments. Taylor brings a finance-based perspective to MANSARD’s advisor-first process, helping owners establish a clear course before committing to a sale.

Taylor graduated from Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts, where she earned her degree in Finance.
